Probably not: You may have light bleeding from the site of the biopsy. However, this does not change the diagnosis which will be issued on the tissue removed. Pressure will often control bleeding, although if it continues, you should go back to your physician.

Do you mean: there was blood on the tissue specimens during a needle biopsy? It doesn't mean anything, that is how the specimens usually look.. It is simply due to bleeding caused by the biopsy, it doesn't mean that the specimens are either benign or malignant.
