Normal.: It is usually just included in the gross description portion. The pathologist literally just describes what it looks like on the table.

Nothing: Pathologists sometimes describe visual clues (color, etc.) but what really matters is how it looks under the microscope. So we look for the final pathologic diagnosis, comments, and microscopic description.
