If you drink alcohol often, if you use ilicit drugs, or use herbal medications tell the anesthesiologist. It is very important. If you do not then try to thing of a positive experience and that may really help.

No: Under general anesthesia you will essentially be in a temporary chemically induced coma. You will not do or say anything inappropriate.

No: While under general anesthesia, you will be unconscious and non-communicative and thus incapable of doing "weird stuff." twilight anesthesia and certain medications given prior to general anesthesia, such as midazolam, may release inhibitions and cause you to temporarily say and do inappropriate things.
