Past predicts future: Most patients tolerate general anesthesia very well and behave appropriately. If you drink alcohol often, if you use ilicit drugs, or use herbal medications tell the anesthesiologist. It is very important. If you do not then try to thing of a positive experience and that may really help.

No: While under general anesthesia, you will be unconscious and non-communicative and thus incapable of doing "weird stuff." twilight anesthesia and certain medications given prior to general anesthesia, such as midazolam, may release inhibitions and cause you to temporarily say and do inappropriate things.
