Which allergy test should you get if you want to find out everything that you're allergic to?

Allergy skin test: There are 2 legitimate ways to assess for allergies (food, environmental, bee sting, etc)--skin testing and serum (blood) specific ige levels. Both have advantages and potential disadvantages. An allergist is trained to administer and interpret the results (that's the tricky part!). Unfortunately there is not a test for every allergen, but an allergist will let you know which ones are possible.
