No harm: Skin test for TB, even if you know you are positive, will not do harm. If it is a requirement for employment, go ahead, get it done, have it noted in your records and you may not need to have it done again. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Have a blood test: There are blood tests such as a Quantiferon gold test that can be used instead of a skin test.

Quantiferon: blood test can be an alternative to PPD (TB) skin testing, if positive a chest x-ray would then be performed, the problem with the test is its cost, good luck
