I am getting small red pimples on my back, neck and arms. it is not itchy but when i do get them, they sort off drain me out. i did an allergy test a few years ago and i am allergic to dust mites, could this be bites?

Maybe not: Check out your shampoo (which drains down your back & shoulders). Shampoos with chemicals called parabins have bees associated with bacne in some people. Try a parabin free product & this may disappear.
