Celiac Disease: Celiac disease can usually be well-controlled if the person maintains a gluten-free diet -- marijuana is not necessary at all. If insisting on eating gluten, all bets are off -- and there could be confusion between symptoms of that and those of ibs. Your gastroenterologist can help you with appropriate management and treatment that doesn't involve marijuana.
