Latent celiac diseas: You likely have what is called latent celiac disease, characterized by minimal to no symptoms, +blood tests, and negative biopsies all despite being on a gluten rich diet. If you do have some symptoms try a gluten free diet. If you dont have symptoms can continue to eat gluten but you should be monitored rebiopsied later.

Need results: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the results of lab tests. If the biopsy is normal you do not have serious form of Celiac disease.
