DIet & Excercise: A proper diet, hydration, exercise, multivitamin, and adequate rest are all essential for muscle gain. Keep a log and write down your exercises which gives you additional motivation in the gym to stay consistent or work harder. You may reach a plateau at some point but your hard work and dedication will overcome it. Try to switch up your exercises as well.
