Eggs fruits veggies: It depends on how much you eat but on general, you would probably lose weight (assuming you currently eat a decent amount of carbohydrates). It may not be enough for you to be healthy though. It would really depend on which fruits and vegetables you ate since they vary tremendously in their content of various nutrients and minerals.
