Keep offering: Remember she is 2! she will manipulate you...So keep offering other things. It can take up to 45 times putting a food in front of a young child be fire they will consider eating it. If she chooses not to eat that is her choice and she will be hungry and will eat the next time you offer food. Do not let her dictate to you. Lol. Kids are so clever.

Picky eater: Many two year olds are picky eaters. However what you describe seems very reasonable and can be a healthy diet. Usually with time, the toddlers begin to change their food preferences. Keep trying to add some vegetable to the diet when you can.
