Not recommended: Usually it is not recommended for teenagers to be on very restrictive diets (like giving up all of one type of food, or only eating one type). The best diet is a balanced one with small portions of healthy foods. Paying attention to eating when you are hungry, and not just "because" will also help. Get some healthy exercise.
