Probably: Most topical medications are pregnancy category c, meaning safety was not tested in pregnant/nursing women. An exception to this is lastacaft, (alcaftadine) a once-a-day prescription antihistamine drop which has been deemed safe for pregnant/nursing women. Keeping your eyes closed for several minutes after the drop can lessen the systemic (whole-body) absorption of the drop.
