Ignore them: These are milia or retained salt crystals. When a baby is in the womb they are surrounded by water & don't sweat. These will disappear over time if you do nothing at all. They are NORMAL. The pimples are likely that. Baby acne comes from the hormones of pregnancy. They don't appear until 2-3 wks and fade by 6-9 wks. They appear in 1/2+ of babies. Keep it clean & it will go away on its own.
