Yes: Alaway & Patanol (olopatadine) are both topical ocular antihistamines. Both useful for itchy, watery eyes once to twice daily. Coincident with ocular allergies is dry eye symptoms, which can be augmented by systemic antihistamine/decongestant treatment. I recommend using both the antihistamine eye drops as prescribed & adjunctive artificial tears at intervals in between for comfort.
