Below is a quote from PDR: "No adequate and well-controlled studies have been conducted to evaluate the use of olopatadine (Pataday) during human pregnancy; however, published data from postmarketing use of antihistamines with similar mechanisms of action to olopatadine have not identified a drug-associated risk for major birth defects, miscarriages, or adverse maternal or fetal outcomes"
