Not per se!: Pcos does impair ovulation, and the reasons behind it cause pregancy problems. Endometrious can also block and ovulated egg from moving down the fallopian tubes, but does not cause "egg" issues!

No: Egg quality is more likely to be a function of genetics and of the age of the woman - the eggs are as old as she is. Pcos would not affect the quality of the eggs.
