I'm 29 yrs old with pcos, ovulated every month confirmed by bbt. miscarried 1 year ago but still no bpn, does pcos causes poor egg quality?

Yes and No: Pcos most often causes troubl getting pregnant due to irregular ovulation so there are fewer and more random chances for the egg & sperm to get together and fertilize. Ther eis also a small in creased risk of 1st trimester miscarriage in pt's with pcos. If you ahve been tryign for a yr, you choudl defiently see you obbgyn for evlauations and possible treatments.
