Your best solution: To be on the pill until u are ready. Endometriosis can affect pregnancy rates but it has to be pretty severe. With pcos metformin can be a great drug. Get the xl and go up slowly but at 1500 mg 30% of women will ovulate. You are at 2x the risk of depression aswell; if so, and it's the right med, wellbutrin (bupropion) w/ metformin can help weight, a big issue in pcos. When u stop pill best time 2 ovulate.

Get evaluated: If you are asking whether you may have trouble conceiving, it sounds like you have a double whammy. Endo and pcos are two big contributors to infertility in women and both need to be evaluated. You may need to see an infertility specialist. I am confident you will find help.
