That's good news: A high AMH(AntiMullerianHormone) level is good news and means that you have lots of eggs. PCOS, however, often means you do not ovulate and that will decrease your fertility. Finally, endometriosis can decrease fertility as well/. Remember to take prenatal vitamins if you're trying to get pregnant
