Depends: I would recommend talking to your physician or a neurologist or neurosurgeon. This depends on the appearance of the brain tissue near/around the meningioma. If there are no reactive changes in the brain tissue, a 1 cm meningioma is typically not a big problem. But if there are changes in the brain tissue, it's can be problematic.

MRI at 1-2 years : A 1 cm meningioma of the frontal lobe region is usually followed by MRI every 1-2 years. If there are no seizures, only imaging follow-up is recommended. Dizzy spells were probably unrelated to the meningioma.
