Meningioma: Is the benign tumor depending on location , size and symptoms surgery is indicated ( lacking information ) consult a neurosurgeon for further advice , canada has superb neurosurgeons don't worry visit one near you.

Not anything serious: Meningioma is a benign tumor, rarely, if ever, serious. Once treated with excision(if growing) they rarely recur and nearly all patients live a normal life. So you should not worry much about this problem and take your mind off of this condition as it is not likely to change much anytime soon. Just let your doctor guide you as to what needs to be done, if anything at all.
