Hmmm: You may have degenerative disk disease. A visit to a chiropractor may help rule out smaller less serious issues.

Back & Flank Pain: Angie: the flank pain is new? Flank pain on the right could be referred liver or gallbaldder pain or possibly kidney pain, depending what you mean by "flank." the burning feeling may also be neuritis or neuropathy. The intestines can also refer pain to the back and side, so we really haven't narrowed it down. I know you have had many tests, but i would check the kidneys first.
