Up back pain for one year. knawing/burning in right flank also for one year. ana+ speckled 1:640 elevated sed. any idea? ct ok all blood work good.

Criteria needed: To make the dinosis of lupus , one uses criteria to help out , in making a clinical diagnosis . If blood work and ct are normal is difficult to do an early clinical asociation. This is also true for scleroderma . The nature of the back symptoms has to be defined better. Follow up on the immunologic test is recommended if a clinical picture develops !
