Nausea chest pain: Given that cardiac source has likely been ruled out would consider gallbladder or possibly kidney stones. Perhaps an abdominal ultrasound.

History and physical: Find a primary care physician to take a medical history and do a physical exam. Not all medical problems are within the primary considerations of the er environment.
