Possibly: Depends on your age, other risk factors & symptoms. It may just mean the artery walls are starting to thicken. By finding such an early stage, you get a chance to prevent heart disease thru healthier diet & lifestyle, possibly along w Aspirin & cholesterol treatment. If you have chest pains or a calcium score > 400, you will qualify for a stress test to see if there is an actual coronary blockage.
