Besides the calcium score, many other risk factors are also important. Calcium score is only for risk stratification, a high score does not mean you will have a heart attack in the near future. These results would lead me to recommend proceeding to a coronary artery evaluation by either cardiac catheterization or CT scan angiography. I'd leave the decision about a treadmill stress test & the type of coronary artery angiography to the cardiologist who will take your history, examine you and look at your resting EKG. I recommend starting on daily low dose aspirin if you can take it safely
