I am experiencing headaches and pain in my face after hitting my head really hard on the door jam of my car i have an indention were i hit my head?

Go see a doctor: You should see doctor now. If you are having continued headaches you need to make sure you didn't cause more serious injuries. A intention in your head that wasn't there before needs to be checked too. It may just be swelling but get it looked at asap.
