Ice it!: Accidents happen. The best, easiest & cheapest thing you can do is ice the area as soon as possible. Earlier is better, more often is better than less often. Acetaminophen, if you're otherwise healthy, can be used for pain relief (I tend to avoid ibuprofen). As you didn't lose consciousness or develop neurological symptoms (weakness, numbness) I surmise you will recover. Stay healthy &Good luck.
