Yes but why?: Pentacel (penta =five components=diptheria, hep b, hib, pertussis, and polio) in a single vaccine injection. It is often used for/recommended vaccine for pediatric vaccination series. Often adult had had some of these already as a child, thus not needing all 5 components, especially hib. So, can it be given to an adult? Yes, but often not needed. Consult doc. Good luck.
