Depending on other health issues, it may be prudent to get booster after 5 years. Best to check with CDC and NJ health department guidelines. There is an excellent discussion of the evidence at uptodate.com but will cost $20 for one week subscription. Read the sections called the Basics and then Beyond the Basics. They have nice tables and low charts to assess the risks(few) and benerits (many) and then she and her Dr can decide.
