Need more info: A whole host of things can cause this. Much more information would be needed to help determine the cause. For example is it more during the day or at night, which fingers. Etc. The most common causes for tingling in the upper extremities are peripheral neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, or a pinched nerve in the neck (radiculopathy).
