Hi, for the past week i have been getting a pins and needles sensation up both my arms, chest and head. this happens twice a day and lasts for 30secs?

See a neurologist: If it happens when you bend your neck forward or to either side, that could represent lhermitte sign, the sensation of shocking, needling or zapping traveling through your neck & arms. Get it checked out by a neurologist.
