A lot of variables: Urine drug screens depend upon alot of different variables. How often you are taking the medication. When the last dose of the medication was prior to the test. The dose of the medication. How fast your body metabolizes the medication. What type of test was used, a screening assay or a gc/ms confirmation test. What the lower limit cut of the medication the lab uses can all alter a test.

Possibly: Multiple sclerosis can present with a multitude of different symptoms. Certainly some of which you have mentioned. Given the number of complaints you have, i would suggest prompt neurologic evaluation.

See a Physician: It is impossible to determine the cause without examining the patient. But symptoms of pain in the shoulder and pain with lifting the arm up are typical for rotator cuff tendinitis. This is treated well with physical therapy and possibly a steroid injection. But i would suggest prompt evaluation by a physiatrist or orthopedist to determine the true cause of the pain.
