Vitamins: If you are going to take a vitamin i would find a men's formula. You should avoid anything that has iron in it. But, as a person in the U.S. Do you really need vitamins? Our access to varied foods mean that most of us get all we need from the food we eat. Has a physician really recommended taking a vitamin?
