Depends: There are a few cells that do not regenerate, brain cells and hearing cells. Dependong on the repetative nature of the gun shots and loud noises, you hope the hearing comes back in 2-3 days. If the loss persists, you need to get an evaluation by ent. Always wear protective hearing aides/ear protection when shooting a gun or performing activites with loud noises (leaf blowing, weed whacking, etc).
