Spondylosis: Yes it can; neck pain and radiating symptoms to the chest or clavicle (collar)bone can happen, depending on the level in the neck that has degeneration.... Go see a doctor if you are worried about pain at night/sweats, or other general symptoms, and imaging studies, perhaps including an MRI can be helpful to find the cause. Good luck!
