Musculoskeletal: 40's female w. anterior neck pain & focus at clavicle likely has soft tissue spasm. Etiology: compensatory soft tissue splinting of sterno-clavicular joint subluxation due to ligament laxity of Hypermobility Syndrome. Perhaps ergonomic concerns & repetitive stress involved. If fever, sick feeling, dizziness or arm numbness seek urgent care. Osteopathy & P.T. evaluation & treat?

Get imaging: With increased joint flexibility and pain/swelling around several joints, I recommend a visit with your doc and imaging. A CT scan of your chest will also evaluate your ascending aorta, which has some risk for dilation. Be well.
