Radiology: Certainly symptoms of neck pain or radiating pain to the arms or hands may give you some indication of cervical spondlylosis. However, x-rays, CT scans or MRI scans can provide a visual confirmation and can pin down the level(s) of the spine that are affected. This is particularly important if any surgical treatment is necessary.
