Male 53, achy "dragging sensation" armpits but no swelling or lumps, mainly right armpit, sometimes left armpit too, sometimes pain on inside of arm. light rash on front of neck below beard line. could this be cervical stenosis?

Dragging sensation: This is a nonspecific symptom and not characteristic of stenosis of the spinal canal at the cervical level. My sense is there is some muscular or ligamental component to your symptoms. A careful examination of the axillae(armpits) would check for any masses or pathological lymph glands and give you peace of mind. I don't think there is any relationship to the light neck rash.
