I would guess: That "pinched nerves" might result and symptoms would depend o which nerves affected.

Forward head posture: The technical term is kyphosis and it is commonly called forward head posture. The cervical vertebrae become compressed in the front and ligaments stretched in the back. Many times it is associated with TMJ problems and headaches which may originate in the back of the head. It will also associate with rolled shoulders and increases curvature of the back with hips forward to compensate down body.
