Loss of curve: It refers to loss of the normal curvature of the cervical spine. It can lead to neck pain. Initial treatment usually involves physical therapy.

Neck pain : Cervical lordosis is normal curvature of the cervical spine. It looks like a bow from side. If one loose lordosis aka straightening of cervical spine head translates forward causing increased load on muscles on back of your neck. If not treated one can suffer from chronic neck pain, headaches and shoulder pain.
