Other causes: Maybe the thyroid level is just normalizing and you need to live with normal level a little longer to see how you feel. If you still feel the same despite stable normal thyroid level, then it's something else that is causing you to feel "glum and lifeless." see our doctor to figure out what else is causing this: anemia, malnutrition, obstructive sleep apnea, vitamin deficiency...Good luck.

Different cause: If your thyroid hormone levels are normal, look for a different cause for your symptoms. Sleep apnea, anemia, depression are just a few possibilities. And why in the world are you on t3 (liothyronine)?
