Thyroid Labs: I'm not sure about the reference ranges of the T4 and t3 (liothyronine). The TSH indicates mild hyperthyroidism in most cases.

Need specialist: You should be seeing a pediatric endocrinologist for this disorder. The lab results you list are relative to the original values and the lab's normal values, so it's possible that progress is being made. Of course, it is very important that aggressive treatment is continued on this disorder.

Childhood Graves: Controlling T4 level is important for growth, development and behavior in a young child. The T4 of 23 is upper normal range; Combined with TSH, possibly a slight increase in cabimazole needed, but this requires input from a Pediatric Endocrinologist. Hopefully, long term treatment with cabimazole will lead to a long remission.
