See an OBGYn: You are very young, if no family history of cancer the odds are it is non cancerous until proven otherwise. Sometimes we get nervous and think of all bad things. Like when we get a headache and we think it must be a brain tumor. I recommend starting with your family doctor who will make the appropriate referral to sort thing out for you.

Can be Many other: Overian cancer is very rare and unlikely to be the cause of most abdominal pain. I pelvic exam and imaging with either an ultrasound or ct scan of the abdomen is best way to evaluate patients. Sometime bloodwork can assist, but physical exam by your doctor is the best approach intiially. The same symptoms are more likely to b due to GI problems or other issues. U should get checked out by gyn.
