Until Hgb up: You need to speak w/your gyn, and likely a hematologist, as with that hgb, you will not likely tolerate pregnancy well, if at all. You should plan to supplement your iron (red meats, spinach & other dark greens, iron supplement, etc.) to get your HGB up to double digits before taxing yourself and a pregnancy with that severe of anemia.

See doctor: Your hemoglobin is very low, i hope that you do see doctor at this time and taking iron med .Your blood levels should rise one point each month, so by six months or so.However you need to follow with your doctor to make sure when it is safe to start planning with your first baby.
