Depends: If its chaffing: tx with drying powder. If its in the groin folds and bright red: can be candidiasis (itchy) or inverse psoriasis (itchy and or painful). Can treat candidiasis with anti fungal cream. If psoriasis, can use class 5 topical steroid twice daily for 2 weeks.
