Few suggestions...: Eat more fiber with a daily goal of 30 - 40 grams per day. Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. Increase your activity and start exercising. If still constipated then try a fiber supplement e.g. Metamucil and/or gentle laxative e.g. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and/or stool softener e.g. Colace. Good luck!
