Constipation causes: Constipation can occur when we don't hydrate adequately or when we lack fiber in our diet. Medications and lack of exercise can contribute to constipation. Recommend drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day & eating at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Avoid junk food and excessively dairy. Stay physically active.
