Seek attention ASAP: Could possibly be obstruction, especially if you've had prior surgery, or if there is vomiting. Volvulus, perforation, or intestinal ischemia are other possibilities. Usually BM only 24 hours ago isn't consistent with constipation. Ongoing "severe" abdominal pain could be a lot of things, and it's better to make an early diagnosis. Hope you can go to ER or urgent care right away.
